Instrumentation and control design and implementation.
We are using readily available state-of-the art transmitters for pressure, flow, temperature, chemical and optical measurements. These sensors are produced by world leading companies in the field of I/C. Control systems can be designed as locally distributed using PLCs, industrial computers, or complex control systems. We are offering possibility of redundant systems and deterministic data highways. Communication between controllers can be done via Ethernet or optical networks.
Control strategy.
We are designing control strategies for industrial processes. These strategies yield maximum stability and a fast response. They are based either on traditional control methods using binary logic and linear approximations or on modulating control strategies in the heart of which are PID algorithms. These strategies can also be designed to be self adaptive to a specific highly non-linear technological processes.
Instrumentation and actuator installation, Electrical wiring.
Our company performs sensor, transducer and transmitter on-site installations in accordance with manufacturers requirements.
We are selecting actuators depending on project specific data and arrange their installation. These actuators include electric drives as well as pneumatic and hydraulic ones.
Electrical wiring necessary for connection between field and control system is also included in the works provided.
Mechanical modifications.
When an existing equipment is being retrofitted we supply necessary mechanical parts and provide their incorporation into the old system. These works include installation of new hydraulic systems, compressed air sources, etc.
Plant calculations-efficiency, economic profitability.
Current trends in operation of technological units look into optimal exploitation of these plants. We have therefore, exerted an excessive effort in research and development of performance calculations. These enable the plants operator to select the most suitable way of operation and at the same time calculate the economic profitability of these units.
Networking design and implementation.
We are supplying software for data communication between control system and customers external applications via LAN or WAN.
Advanced control methods.
We are able to incorporate the most modern controllers that overcome problems of classical control methods.
Data acquisition.
Technological data, both analogue and binary, are acquired using the most modern and low cost electronic I/O cards. These cards in connection with a control system enable loading of data into a computer and their consequent utilisation either for control or for subsequent analysis.
User interfacing.
We are building user friendly and intuitive interfaces enabling operator fast and efficient control over the equipment in his charge.
Technological processes Simulation.
One of the most interesting parts of our software activities is simulation of the technological processes. It helps better understanding of the dynamics of a particular process and it can be used for personnel training at the same time.
Technical documentation and drawings.
All of our project documentation is supplied in electronic or hard copy form. Hand in hand with the installation we provide full technical specifications and monitoring of existing and newly added equipment.
Standardisation.
All of our projects are carried out following the latest national and international standards. We are also advising modifications necessary to meet these standards on an existing equipment.
